GPU LAGG

just got rtx 2080. been same with my rtx2070. they lagg for 10 seconds, happens once an hour, the video i will link shows what it looks like, look at fps count

is this something that can be fixed with upcoming drivers, or is this just a defective card? cause this happens with all my rtx cards... not with my gtx or rx cards :c

nah mate, settings are on max, but thats not the reason for lagg, all low is same
