I don't think Rosewill is such a trusted PSU brand. I would recommend spending $10 more to get something like the Corsair CX430W. It's a rock solid PSU, and it doesn't have the dual 80mm fans (which can get very loud but I don't know if they even ramp up that high for this PSU).
