FPS Drop Stuttering

Hello guys so i have this problem. I get fps drops some games i mean all games. Used to i can run discord league of legends and black desert online same time without problem. Now i cant even run discord with league of legends. I changed my gpu but problem still same. I know i have bottleneck but with my old gpu same stuttering also. My specs:

X4 860K

8GB single channel DDR3 1600MHZ

RX 570 4GB- RX 460 2GB before

W10 latest update

SSD 120GB WD Blue 1TB

500W Standart power.

UserBenchmarks: Game 50%, Desk 48%, Work 30%
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 860K - 51%
GPU: AMD RX 570 - 60.9%
SSD: ESA3SMF2HTGB120GB 120GB - 55.3%
HDD: WD Blue 1TB (2012) - 105.5%
RAM: Unknown 1x8GB - 27.3%
MBD: MSI A68HM-E33 V2 (MS-7721)

Single channel with only 8GB of DDR3? I don't see how you haven't been having problems before, you defiantly want to be running at least dual channel. This is defiantly not a GPU problem but a CPU/RAM problem. One or both of these is not capable of keeping up with the game.

Yes today i check RAM prices i can only afford 4GB same RAM. But some people say it wont work dual channel with one 8GB one 4GB some people says it will work. I edit my post added benchmark if you want check out thanks.

Its highly unlikely they will end up running in duel channel, your best off saving up until you get a 8GB stick. Its worth taking some time to shop around though as DDR4 is now the dominant platform DDR3 is becoming more and more obsolete people are selling it for cheaper and cheaper.
