2 free months floatplane question

So i ended my subscription via the forum due to end 9/jan/19 (or 10th) and renewed it on floatplane.  I was wondering if the 2 months free was supposed to happen automagically (as mine doesn't appear to have, shows renews 23/jan) or if they were to be fulfilled at a later date, as it is not made clear.
