What cable is this

So I just found this HDMI Cable and was wondering what version is it exactly? On the cable, the words say, "9u (or v) AWM E258864 STYLE 20276 80 C 30V VW-1 Times-Fiber-Communications HDMIM-HDMIM-006TSE 05/16 HIGH SPEED HDMI CABLE WITH ETHERNET"

Either 1.3 or 1.4 as it says "Fiber Communications" which makes me think it's an ISP provided cable. Usually ISPs give out standard mediocre cables so I doubt you'll get 2.0 or 2.1 and I doubt you'll get 1.2 either as 1.2 is from 2002.

HDMI cables aren't classified by version numbers. It's a High Speed HDMI cable, which means it supports up to 10.2 Gbit/s (the maximum speed of HDMI 1.3 and 1.4).
