Need help with MSI GP63

Playing some far cry 5(ultra) on my msi gp63 (gtx 1070), i cant help noticing cpu temperature gets quite high. Cpu temp remains in the high 80c and low 90c with cooler boost on(max fans). What makes it weird is cpu usage is only around 35-45% but temp is not consistent It jumps 3-6c up and down while gpu temp remain steady under 70c

 

Anyonr else have this issue with the i7 8750h?

I don't think its CPU issue, but more to do with mobo and how fan curve is set. Though temps fluctuating +-5C around average is normal, even under use, as load is shifted between cores.
