GPU RGB not working

Hey there, I have a GIGABYTE GTX 1060 3GB, I bought it loke 6 months ago, it never had problems, and it is still working perfectly, bit idk why my rgb isnt working, if I restart my PC its working fo a couple of second but when the PC is working 

the leds are turning off, pls helpppp idk what to do, thank you very much
