is english your first language? not to be mean but its hard to understand..

G-sync is meant to take over your monitor completely, you dont run G-sync and V-sync.. i dont even think its possible to run both at the same time.. as far as i knew, i figured that you dont have the V-sync module inside the G-sync monitors..

G-sync is hardware based so you would turn off V-sync, at least i would think you would

Well you have different options.

You could:

1. Have two seperate Monitors.

-> One screen is desktop or Black

2. Clone your Monitor

-> Both screens show the same image (Fifa for example)

3. Switch to TV Only

-> 23" Monitor can be switched off.

You can enter these settings by pressing win+p

Also theres no problem  in gaming over the hdmi cable, it does the same job as dvi.

Edit: but your Dell Ultra sharp doesnt support G-Sync so why do you care about g-sync? O.o

1.I have not windows 8...i have windows 7 and i love better windows 7 then 8.

Now I want to upgrade in futre that the G-Sync will be come to my country.

I'm not stoped...i know that the G-Sync is self monitor.

However,

If i want play on TV or see VIDEO in TV I just switch to PC from TV and the HDMI work.

And if i play or see movie on TV how can I turrned off the 23" DELL monitor?

Better he just will not stay lit, but turn it off when I would be on TV with computer stuff like movies / games.

And the GPU my GTX780Ti not tried that play FIFA or see a movie? What happens at the moment with the DVI connected screen?

I turned just in laptops the HDMI why it's hard for me to drop know how it goes! I want to be sure that nothing happens.

All you have to do is go to screen resolution from the desktop. Then click to drop down box to show only the display you want (tv or monitor) Then just turn whichever you're not using off using the power button on the monitor.

Dvi and hdmi is essentially the same. Except hdmi carries audio signal, DVI carries more bandwith for higher resolution displays. Doesn't matter what cable you use, hdmi, dvi-i, dvi-d, minidisplay, even vga. The process still applies and is no different for different video outputs.
