Hi Guys,

I am from Germany and I bought last year an Hp 250 G6 with a processor i5-7200U CPU and 8 GB of ram.

The system is operating on 64-bit. The hard disk is an wdc wd10jpvx-60jc3t1.

My problem is that my computer is operating very slow. When you start a program like steam the hard disk performance jump from like 10% to 100% for a matter of 2 minutes until it stabilize again to 0% to 14%. It is worse when you run a high standard program or a game. Running Cities skylines on the worst resolution might lead you to enjoy an fps of 19 and it will run continuously 100% disk performance on task manager. I tried many tricks from the internet for a better disk performance like disabling windows search and superfetch but it didn't work. HP and Microsoft support are clueless or terribly bad to help my.

So Guys can you help my please?

love,

thatgerman
