I will get my parts tomorow and start my 3850 dollar build, its build around the new 9900X cpu from intel but i got cold feet today when i read that intel is comming with the 10Nm cpus next year, Is it wise to wait for that? The 9900X just got in the stores i mean.

If you already have the parts, then there's not much point in waiting.

It's all relevant hardware, so it's not going to be automatically outdated just because new CPUs launch.

And in 2020 Intel will have another new cpu with better cache and improved security. And in 2021 . . .

Short of a few weeks before a release, it doesn't matter when you buy there will always be something better just around the corner.
