Is MSI PREMIUM THERMAL COMPOUND X Conductive? i might have gotten it on some components...

Thermal compound in PCs is specifically designed to not be electrically conductive, but rather to be thermally conductive. Although electrically conductive material, similar to thermal compound exists in the telecom industry, the thermal compound in your PC is almost always a non-conductive oil-based material.
