Low FPS in games.

Hi, I am new here so I am not sure where to post this. But I hope someone could help me.

 

I am currently using:

i5-7500

GTX 1060 3GB

16GB DDR4 

1TB HDD

128GB SSD (Upgrading soon)

B250M Bazooka MB

 

I used to achieve 200-350 fps on csgo. But since few months back, I only manage to get around 60- 150 on csgo. On most AAA games, with my 3gb card, i am still able to achieve higher FPS. Does anybody know what could be the problem? I've updated windows and also GPU drivers.
