what to use for my intel i5-3450 cpu @3.10GHz 3.10GHz

i want to put my i5 processor into turbo mode  but need better cooling and i don't want to uses water cooling also the case is a vostro 470 and the mother board is the one that comes with the cpu so it has the ability to go into turbo mode
