What could cause my system to black out and become unresponsive and cause all of my fans to go full speed?

I had something like that before on my HP, after a restart it worked just fine.

Most likely a faulty psu.

when does this happen? immediatly after pushing the power button or just after some time? do you have a seperate psu you can troubleshoot with? bios reset/flash?

its kind of random i notice it the most when i was transferring data to my ssd

so i just tried a new PSU and the same thing happened.

really could be anything that uses power now.. hard one. maybe the mobo or the ssd. what about the bios? how are the temperatures?
