streaming with intel's igpu?

When I stream bo4, performance goes down and cpu is at 100. Would it be possible (and how well would it work) to use my igpu from the 7700hq? i have a 1050. without the cpu at 100, i get 75 fps, with i get 50.

 

I use streamlabs obs.

Yes you should be able to. Its an option called Quicksync.

That might be it.. I know its called Quicksync. I dont have an intel processor so I dont know it 100% exact.
