My borthers computer is lagging.

My brother got an i buy power computer about 2 years ago. He can usually get 60 fps on high settings but here lately even on low/medium settings he can only get around 20 fps. We took an air duster and cleaned it out but it didn't help. Does anyone know why this would be happening?

Check startup applications by Autoruns program. Sometimes new drivers may be slower than old ones. Sometimes even stupid win10 updates can give fps drops because new Windows functions. Hard to say, it must be tested by someone who have access to your's brother computer.
