Do you have your Windows installation disc (assuming you're using Windows?)  If not then you can create a recovery disc, but you will need a blank DVD and access to a computer running the same version of Windows 7 (i.e. Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, must be the exact edition).  Then boot into that disc, run startup repair and if that doesn't fix it, run command prompt and use "bootrec /fixmbr".
