Does this proxy solution work?

I've created an Instagram account about a week ago and immediately noticed my high-school blocks access to it. I googled around how to bypass these restrictions and there's an article on it

I have never tried proxies before, should I get a shared proxy as written in the article? And will I be able to use it to access Instagram for a long time or will their IPs be banned shortly?

We can not tell you how to bypass restrictions here. Against TOS and COC.
