Can an old GPU work in the smallest PCI slot of a Q77 motherboard           I have this setup which allows me to only have one main GPU port on the motherboard its an Asus q77 m2 mother board with an i7 3770 8 GB RAM and AMD RX 580      i had an other gpu i wanted to test its an old GTX 750 2 GB gigabyte     i want to connect without removing my main card         in the smallest port of the motherboard        the card is read by the Device manager but will it work as intended         .

well, you can. but don't expect too much from it. Not sure if you need a converter or not. I'll leave that to someone else here

ok here is a pic though    and will i need to power GTX 750 with a 6 pin connector from PSU as well or not  here is pic of the board
