flash drive Can't Format Flash Drive

Hi I would just want to ask if there is a solution for this?

 

 

Because I can't format may Flash Drive and every time that I will format it this thing shows up.

You could try formatting using command prompt. 

Open command prompt as admin

Diskpart

List Disk 

Select disk (disk number)

clean 

format

 

This is a really rough walk through, there are much better guides if you just google how to do it.
