Best upgrade paths

My current setup is

Sennheiser 280 pro, AT M50x, Philips  spl 9500, AT ad500x

And I am looking to upgrade my current options are

1)used sennheiser 650

2)Sennheiser 58x or 6xx

3)Sennheiser 37x

4)(combine deal) AT M40x +sennheiser 598 Cs, BEYERDYNAMIC custom pro

5)(combine deal 2) Beyerdynamic 770 Pro, AT M40x
