Hello,

I was playing a game and out of nowhere I got a blue screen ("your computer ran into problem"), it was stock at 0% so I turned of my computer. When I tried powering it back on all the LEDs, fans etc. lit up, however it did not post. My computer is blank. How can I fix it ? Is my hardware or software damaged ?

I already tried:

  1. Checking video cables.
  2. Checking power cables.
  3. Removing RAM sticks.
  4. Removing storage devices.
  5. Taking out CMOS battery for 10 minutes
  6. Leaving computer on for couple hours
  7. Booting into safe mode using bootable drive (did not boot)

Neither of these methods worked.

thank you.

If it boots up and doesn't show anything it's most likely the graphics card. If not, then the CPU or even the motherboard getting faulty. You can borrow a GPU from someone to test if the GPU is broken.

its not the gpu. i tried on bard graphics
