No signal problem

Hi I've had a psu problem where the psu I had was a ezcool silent 700watt and I've upgraded to a corsair cx 550 watt and now my card and xfx amd radeon r7970 3gb ghost edition isn't displaying anymore I've took it out and it works without the card in my pc specs are here: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/ I've just rolled back the drivers and nothing going to uninstall all the amd drivers and try to reinstall them but so far I've had no luck I have changed the thermal paste and added a bit extra on the core the temps I'm getting are 32° idle and 59-62° the pci-e x16 slot is 3.0 will the card still work?

Double check that the PCIe power to the GPU is fully seated. Can happen to the best of us

I've took it apart and everything I've currently got it laid on its side to see if it helps and nothing the cards in the slot fully and the power cables for it are plugged in properly too I just don't know what's wrong with it

Still nothing and I've took it apart again cleaned the port tried it in another computer and it's the same but that had a similar problem with my previous card but I can't see it being the card Im considering getting a new motherboard
