Count chokes on the left and above of CPU (little cube thingies). If top and left side has 4 chokes each, that is 4+4 phase power delivery. For 1600, 4+4 is enough.

Check reviews or lists of collated information. You cannot tell from the spec sheet as they often lie, nor from pictures as they often use fake phases.

No, that does not work. The number of phases can easily differ from the number of chokes.

What about the Asus B350-K? It has 4+2. Is this enough? I have a tight budget
