CISCO call pickup

I am trying to configure / setup a CISCO SPA 301 telephone as follows:

 

-sb calls company

 

-telephone message saying:if you know internal number, dial it now, else please wait

 

-outside caller, knowing internal that wants to speak with, presses internal, let’s say 14

 

-14's CISCO device rings

 

-if person with 14 is absent or busy, then, someone else, let’s say 19, presses *8, “hunts” line in his phone device ( 19 ) and speaks.

 

At this moment, with other CISCO devices on lan, it is working. Now I must adjust a new SPA 301 to work like this. to be able to “hunt” other line.

 

a. Is it possible for a CISCO SPA 301 to be adjusted and work as other CISCO devices?

 

b. If a. is yes, can gou please help me? I have worked a lot of hours on it, but cannot make it. My first CISCO contact.

 

p.s. At this moment, other devices press only *8 and hunt other's call. Nothing else. Just *8
