i5 6400

I just ran a benchmark test in cpu z and got a score of 371.3 in single thread and 1405.1 in multi-thread. When I compared these scores with the scores on the i5 6400 displayed in the cpu z website, I notice my cpu is waaaay slower. Do you guys have any explanation? My system is equipped with a gtx 1060 6gb, 16gb of ddr4 hyperx ram, and an h110 vd plus from msi

Your CPU may be under cooled. What cooler do you have?

My temps on idle are about 23 - 27 and while opening up chrome and some tabs i had temperature of about 30-35 

Is this the cause of my problem ? because i don't feel like my cpu is overheating.
