Try basic Troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

1. Open search window and type Run.

2. In the Run prompt type services.msc and press Enter.

3. Search for the service called Plug and Play.

4. Right click on the Plug and Play service and click Properties and change the startup type to Automatic .

5. Click on Apply and Ok to save changes.
