cpu: FX 6100 ( 119.99 @ newegg with rebate )

gpu: msi 650ti boost (msi) ( 179.99 @ newegg )

case: Bitfenix colossus white/ blue led ( 144.99 @ newegg )

mobo: ASrock extreme4 970 am3+ ( 99.99 @ amazon )

ram: crucial ballistic sport 8 gb ( 74.99 @ newegg )

cpu cooler: 212 evo coolermaster ( 34.99 @ newegg )

keyboard: roccat isku ( 89.99 @ amazon )

mouse:Tt esports theron ( 69.99 @ newegg )

hdd: seagate barracuda 1tb ( 74.99 @ newegg )

psu: cx 500 corsair ( 59.99 @ newegg )

Price total: 949.91 $

the price may vary depending on taxes and shipping, but this would be a nice build for you, the peripherals are just based on your blue color scheme. If you do not like the case, mouse, keyboard etc.i can understand because those are personal preference, but the parts i recommended are quite nice. If it is too expensive or don't like something about it, just say so.

p.s. you will need to buy some fans ( blue led ones? ;] )

You are allotting way too much for the case + ram. For a simple budget build, the case should only be $70~80 and that ram isoutrageously overpriced even considering how the market is currently.

Honestly I would for the moment, just get a decent rig and stick with whatever prepherials you have now and save up another ~$150 for a decent mouse and a mechanical keyboard

As for your request for nvidia, I would definitely recommend going for amd instead. AMD currently not only outperforms nvidia due to better driver optimization but at a lower price point too. Not to mention better game bundles amd includes compared to nvidia

With that said, I would spend your $1000 on something like this

But if you absolutely must get a nvidia gpu despite all its current flaws, you could get a decent 670 for $300~350

To get the blue theme you want, you can just paint the logo/mesh on the case blue and get some led fans/strips
