shareing app data between accounts

hello. I am trying to get my computer to use the same app data for one specific app on all the accounts. there are 8 accounts on the computer, and I want everything to stay as it is, except I want Corsair iCUE to share all its data between files, so I don't need to set/edit profiles on each account. I don't want any other apps to share data between accounts.

right now if I add a RGB/ macro profile in iCUE on the main account, and then open iCUE on another account, the new profile is not there.

unrelated question: Steam used to automatically sign in when I sign out of one windows account and open steam in another account. I would press the steam icon, and it would open steam, signed in. but recently, whenever I switch windows accounts, the steam password and username needs to be typed in. can anyone help? I don't think I did anything to change this. I don't know what caused it to do this.

I don't know of any feature or program that will do this for you. The easiest thing I can think of is to export the profile and import it into each account.

Something that might be possible is to setup a script that periodically grabs the profile, stores it in a shared location, and then uploads it to all the other accounts. You'd have to write it yourself and I'm not sure whether profile im/export is as simple as putting a file in a folder or something more complex, so you'd have to do some research.

it's time

if all I cared about sharing between users was iCUE, could I get a small flash drive with iCUE and a folder of my profiles plugged into the keyboard pass through? if I always accessed iCUE through the flash drive, the profiles should be in iCUE in every windows user, right? or would it still use each users appdata folder.

maybe I can test this out later.
