Bios Halp

I am looking to reset the bios on this laptop, whenever It posts it comes up with a screen requesting a password, and gives the following information:

System Disable : 1237011DE84138B9

Service Tag : 3D3GDW1

(The laptop is an Inspiron 15 - 3521)

I have tried removing the bios battery (and the batt aswel) for an extended amount of time and pressed the power button with it removed.

I have also attempted to use a password generator (based off of the information given), with no luck.

Hoping I can short something on the Bios chip, but I don't even know where it is... {pic related}

I don't know that much about that so I'm hoping for some advice on how to solve this.

You have to remove the CMOS battery and any other power source (unplug it, disconnect the battery), and wait a minute for all of the capacitors to discharge.
