Partial "Crash"

My system will randomly (after seconds or hours) do likena soft "crash" where the display, keyboard, and mouse loses connection but the system remains on what seems like a low powered or idle mode. I have not found a way to get out of it without doing a hard reset. I have tried multiple psus and gpus (thought the video card was bad when lost display) same issues occur.

Ryzen 7 1700x

16gb ram

Rx 480/ rx 570

450w/600w psu
