Premiere Elements refuses to launch

Lol this prob isn't the right place to post this, but I figure maybe someone here knows something unlike Adobe + Nvidia support.

It hits Loading PlayerMediaCore.pm and crashes. Only way I can get it to go further is by editing %appdata%\Adobe\Premeire Elements\Debug Database.txt to FORCE CPU ONLY--I have a 1080 Ti and would like to use it.

Any ideas?
