Hi everybody, I currently have these two aging rigs :

Rig A:

Case:        Chieftec Aegis CH-05 ATX
MOBO:      Asus P6T DeLuxe V2 DDR3 i7 (socket 1366)
PSU:         OCZ GX 650W
CPU:         Intel Core i7 – 920 @ 3.2ghz
COOLER:  Scythe Mugen 2B
SSD:         Intel 510 120GB
HDD:         Samsung 1TB SATA
MEM:        Corsair 6GB DDR3 1600MHz XMS3 CL9
DVD:         Samsung Double Layer DVD-writer
GPU:         Sapphire ATI HD4870 1GB PCIe

Rig B:
Case:        Coolermaster HAF932
MOBO:      ASrock 870 Extreme 3 (socket AM3)
PSU:         Corsair TX 850W
CPU:          AMD Phenom II  X6 1055t @ 3.4ghz
COOLER:  Scythe Mugen 2B
HDD:         Samsung 500GB  3.5"
MEM:        Kingston 16GB DDR3 1600MHz  CL9 (quad-channel kit)
DVD:         Samsung Double Layer DVD-writer
GPU:         2x   Gigabyte 260gtx 216 SO

Because the Chieftec case is in a pretty bad state and the HAF 932 is pretty cumbersome to bring along to a LAN, I wanted to change to a Bitfenix Prodigy-M and put one these rigs in the HAF 932.

Since the Prodigy-M is a m-ATX case, I need a new motherboard. The problem is however that it is pretty hard to find a m-ATX motherboard that supports SLI for either AM3 or 1366 sockets. So I probably will need to resort to a used specimen from fleebay.

Is the Prodigy-M worth the scavenge hunt or is it better to go with a different more portable case that supports full size ATX.

Update 15-1-2014:
RIG A will move into the HAF, and RIG B will move to a white Bitfenix Prodigy-M because I was able to obtain a MSI 890GXM-G65 the only AM3 m-ATX board that is SLI capable ( with hyperSLI hack btw) afaik.
The Corsair TX850 will have some cables removed and shortened so cable management is less of an issue.

The prodigy is good as a itx case but not as a matx case, as for an atx case which is quite easy to get around the coolermaster scout 2 and the n400 are great.(n400 is lighter but the scout has handles).

What is the problem with the Prodigy-M compared to other mATX cases ? Bad airflow, or not a lot of room for good cable management?
