I am planning to buy an rx 580 8gb through newegg at price tag of 14k inr and including vat it costs 16k total.my doubts are that if i buy that card,when it reaches India from US,will extra customs duty will be charged?and also can you suggest if so,where to buy that card for best price.i would also consider gtx1060 but budget will not exeed 16k so please check the link under to verify.

The phantom gaming line has been complimented as a good value card. Cheap and low end, but a sufficient cooler for the job. If this is among the cheap options for you, it's a good buy. Unfortunately I don't know about the customs fees.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
