Hi all,

I have been having this trouble with my computer where it will just freeze, but won't restart. When it is in this state, I am not able to interact with the machine at all. There is no BSOD for when this error occurs, and it seems to just be happening randomly. It has frozen up when I was playing games, when I was trying to export a video file, and even just after a boot up it has just frozen up. I have cleaned out my computer recently, so there is minimal dust inside of it. It is a relatively new machine so the the thermal compound should not be an issue.

My Specs

Ryzen 1300x

16GB HyperX Ram (4x4GB)

ZOTAC GTX 1050ti

ASUS PRIME B350M-A

(I don't know what wattage the PSU is, but it is one that I bought with the system)

BIOS VERSION - American Megatrends Inc. 3203, 9/11/2017

OS - Windows 10 Home - Version 1803 64bit.

If anyone knows what the issue could be, this would be a great help!

I'm having a similar problem but when everything freezes there are a lot of pixels in different colors appearing on the screen. Does that happen to you aswell? It looks like this for me (picture below).

no, when i have my computer freeze, everything remains normal, seeming as if there is nothing wrong with the machine, except for an inability to interact with the machine
