I want to upgrade my graphics card but I don't know anything about computers.

Yes the iGPU on the 2200G is slower than the 750Ti but realistically both solutions in raw graphics performance are not going to be mind blowing by any stretch of the imagination. The 2200G is however a better CPU upgrade as it tears any FX CPU apart in raw performance and the 2200G is a much more power efficient chip than any FX CPU could ever be.

The Amazon link you've posted is the motherboard. If you can buy two parts now get the CPU and motherboard and then finally the RAM at a later date, and yes there are build guides on YT (it's very easy and doesn't require soldering or anything like that).

Before I install it will i need to do anything on the pc(wipe it, etc.)?

When you have the new parts installed it is good practice to install a clean copy of Windows.

The performance increase is quite big and you'll notice a big difference.
