The PA249Q is the wide-gamut version for professionals who will be working with AdobeRGB-programmed content.  Standard monitors are not capable of representing that color space.

300 cd/m2 vs 350 cd/m2 brightness

ΔE≤5 vs ΔE≤3 color accuracy
