Best OBS settings for ryzen 7 1700? (Stream and recording)

Hello. I want to stream to Twitch and record my footage at the same time. If i stream 720p 60 and record 1080p 60 the recording or the stream gets laggy. I just cant figger out the good presets. What should i use as obs settings?

 

My internet speeds. 10ping, download 196mbps, upload 21,5 mbps.

I want a high quality recording (must) and as high as possible quality stream. Ill play rainbow six and cod probably maybe other games

i had some struggles livestreaming on it because the CPU just wasn't good enough for that.
