Screen burn in?

ActualCannibal

So, I have a 4K 60Hz LG 27UD60-B as a secondary monitor. Often what I like to do is put MSI Afterburner and Task Manager in the top right of the monitor to make sure everything is fine at a glance. However, I'm starting to grow concerned that leaving them there might burn them into the screen. I'll often just leave the computer on with them there doing something else and also while playing games. The monitor does also spend a lot of time off though, so should this be of concern to me?

If anything, some recommendations on how to avoid screen burn-in would be nice, thanks.

Permanent image retention isn't a concern for LCD-based displays like that.

Nice, so I don't have to worry about it at all?

It only affects Cathode Ray Tubes, OLED. and a few others, LCDs just bend back, after a few screen refreshes.
