New monitor?

Hey, I'm curious if it would be worth it for me to upgrade from a 60 hz 21 ' monitor to a 144 hz 24 ' monitor. Specs: I5 3450, gtx 1070, 8 gbs ram. The framerate that I have on games is usually over 80, and for csgo for example, my max is 180-270 fps. Should I do the upgrade?

60 is day. 144 is night.
