I have a question about a warranty through gamestop

Last year i bought my Asus tf300t tablet from game stop (because it was on sale for $299) and i bought the 2 year warranty. But now i want to take it back because of battery issues They dont have any new ONLY preowned and scratch and scuff ones, Is it possible to get a refund or will they order one? I know i probably should call them but i thought id ask here.

My profile pic is the game i'm currently playing. I hope i remember to change it..

i dont think battery issues go under warranty. i dont thinku are going to get a different result with the same tablet either.
ofc calling them would be the most accurate thing to do.
we people at the forum can only bring in inaccurate info for this kinda thing unless someone has gone through the same process
