Rivatuner Randomly Stopped working

gent23mj

Hey guys, I have been using MSI afterburner and Riva Turner for in game monitoring.  Suddenly, Rivatuner quit working and I keep getting an error message saying it will not work on my computer but there have been no major changes to anything.  Reinstalls dont work and installing the most recent version does not work.  This seems to have happened to others and I've not seen a solution anywhere.  Any thoughts?

I ended up installing the beta and it works perfectly. Might as well give that a go.

I tried but it didnt work.  Perhaps i didnt get the beta.  Could you provide a link so I know I am getting the right one?

also, could it be that the previous program is not fully uninstalled?

In theory if it's an even halfway decent installer it'll do everything properly, so it shouldn't be a problem about something not being uninstalled properly.

It was the basic installer/uninstaller.  Or maybe I used the Windows one.  I cant remember. Either way, is there a way to make sure I've gotten everything off?

Run CCleaner to clean up the registry?
