Which is the best cpu air cooler with height lower than 83mm?

I through about Noctua NH-L12 which I remove the top fan from and replace the fan with a12x15.

 

Is there any better air cooler for RVZ01?

The NH-L12 is an excellent cooler for it's size. The Cryorig C7 is almost as good for half the price and will fit the case without modding.

The Thermalright AXP-200 will deliver slightly better performance than the NH-L12 (especially if you remove it's top fan) and is about the same price at 73mm height.

what is the difference between axp-200 and axp-200 muscle?

I think you mean the AXP-100 Muscle? That has a 120mm fan, the AXP-200 has a 140mm fan on what seems to be the same heatsink.

 

The 140mm AXP-200 should give a bit more airflow over the motherboard and ram, I'd go for this one.

 

Edit: The heatsink is a little different between the two. the AXP-200 has more fins and is a little thicker than the AXP-100 Muscle. the AXP-200 should give better cooling overall.

I see...

I cant find any website that sells the 200 muscle though. Specs are the same, the only differences seem very minimal, maybe only the colour of the fan?
