Annoying ass fans help pls.

I have this shitty cooler i got cause it was cheap but a mistake... anyway, it makes this sound - if I press on the top of the case it's stops so I'm assuming it's a fuckin fan bering problem or what. anyway, i wanna get these - https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608026 ( like will they fit ) OR. just buy this https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099 and fuck Water all together..

are there rubber washers between the radiator and the case and the fans? it could be vibration.

 

but see the warrranty period and the 212 evo isnt bad, but i would check for other options/

There are no rubber washers... i'm pretty sure but could check tomorrow. Do you think that would fix it?

Would it completely fix it? No, There's no way to completely remove it but it would help and remove the vast majority of the noise experienced.
