Do you want the green section on the left to be 100% height?

Create a div around it make it have the background green and i think top:0 and bottom:0 can do the job.

100% page height(dynamic) and the height know how to touchdown the page without blocking my left menu

Not sure what you mean, what do you want to make exactly 100% height. Because i cant see more than a orange page with a greenish nav-bar

Ah maybe some nice way to start, untill you find specific needs and totally shit on bootstrap for not making it able to do that.

Still try to learn CSS in the meanwhile to man. its shit but handy.
