AM4 Motherboardwithout VRM Heatsink for overclocking?

Hey,

I'm going to buy a Ryzen 5 CPU (R5 1600). I'm a little bit concerned about the motherboar situation. I want to have the option to overclock my CPU later on (not now). But the best motherboard I have found (for this price) the AsRock B350m Pro4 isn't available across the world (WHY??). So I have to pay a little bit more and go with the MSI B350M Mortar. The problem is only one of it's two row's of Mosfets is passively cooled by an heatsink. Only two of the 6 Inductors don't have an heatsink but still. I don't want to pay more money for a more expensive board, I don't need these features they are useless in my opinion. (100$ is much money considering, I bought my last motherboard for 60$)

So question is, could I overclock my Ryzen 1600 to let's say 3.6 GHZ on all cores without hurting my components? Or should I buy a few little heatsinks later on, when I'm overclocking, and stick them on the remaining mosfets? Or should I even wait for other mobo's to come around?

3.6 should be fine, but I would get something better
