Microphone not working

So I just bought a Neewer nw-1500. Here's my setup:

(Windows 10)

Nw-1500 XLR to XLR going into a 48V phantom power supply

Power supply XLR to 3.5mm going into my laptop's mic jack (obviously)

 The problem is that my mic is not working as you've read from the title. 

As you can see, it looks like it is selected but it's actually my laptop's mic that is being used. I tested it on Skype (and yes I selected the right mic in Skype)

The thing is, when I plug my mic into my headphone jack, it works! And then, the mic below (in the picture) says that is being used. Help me I'm confused ;-;

I have already redownloaded my driver many times.

So basically, it says that my mic isn't plugged in when it is.
