6500 is not that much of a difference, if i want to spend more money on the CPU i would choose the 6600k

Ok, I think I can fit a 7600k in here. Give me a few minutes, I will make it powerful but as cheap as possible, do you plan on just 1080p gaming?

don't get a Z270

You can get  a cheaper Z170, i5 6600k, then overclock, the CPU you have right now is locked, so unless you don't want to overclock get what was said.

Also I would get a RX470 instead of a GTX10603GB.

Do you need a dvd writer, because you can just buy a usb one for like 20 bucks in the future, and you can install windows 10 from a usb.
