Are you plugging your monitor into the GPU or the motherboard?

Did you plug in the PCIe power connectors.

Is the GPU fully in the PCIe slot

Try taking it out and putting it back in

I did that , it gibes a blue light but doesn't spin. I got in the bios with intergrated graphics but with my gpu it doesn't work, the fans are stopping with spinning after the boot
