How to speed up rendering times?

Guys well i have a problem. Using OpenCl on a r9 380 (full specs in sig) i am getting 5 hrs of rendering time while upscaling to 1080p. Upscale settings are 150% at one point and 200% at another and quailty is 40%. I need to speed up, any hardware upgrade or anything. SOMETHING PLZ HALP.

A better processor would help alot, something with more cores/threads.

A 6700K would be great, especially if you do alot of rendering or editing.
